Do I pay before I see the website?

No. You describe the business, we generate a real site, and you refine it in the editor. Payment comes after you approve the design.

What is a .siteposted.com address?

Every website gets a private preview such as yourbusiness.siteposted.com. It stays password-locked until you publish, unless we feature it as a sample on this homepage.

Can I use a domain I already own?

Yes. After you pay, you can point a name you already have at Siteposted, or buy a new one through us.

Will Google show my site while I am still designing?

No. Siteposted previews are not indexed. Custom domains are only offered to search engines after the website is paid and live.

How do I change the design?

Use the chat on your project: “make the header blue”, “add WhatsApp”, “feel more premium”. You can also edit pages directly.

What extras can I add?

Optional extras include a gallery, journal, product catalogue, shop, bookings, visitor accounts, and online payments. Prices are listed when you create or manage a site.

Where do shop payments go?

Online payments go to your own LivePay, PesaPal, or Yo Payments account. You verify at least one before that extra is billed.

Who owns the website?

You do. The account that created it owns it. An admin can transfer a site to another Siteposted login if you already have one.
